Before you begin the application, review our Rental Criteria to make sure you meet the basic requirements to be approved as a resident at Audubon Trails Apartments. 

To gain access to the application, we will need some basic information from you to create a guest account on our online portal. Once we create your guest account, we will email you the link to your application. Every household member 18 years and older must have their own guest card and fill out an individual applications. Let’s Begin.

Once you receive your guest card access via email, you will be able to fill out your application and submit all documentation.

Within the application portal, you will need to submit your $30 application fee.

In addition to filling out the application, you will need to submit the following documentation to be approved. These documents can be submitted on our secure online portal and include:

• Copy of Driver’s License
• Copy of SSN Card
• Three most recent paycheck stubs

Once your completed application has been approved, you can submit your unit preference within the apartment complex.

When your preferred unit has been selected, your final steps will be to pay your rental deposit and e-sign your lease to lock in your unit.

Upon move in day, you can pick up your new keys at our office. We look forward to welcoming you into the Audubon Trails community!
